Some people don't like change - others thrive in change.

I've been the latter most of my life.

The people that I've helped through coaching report more clarity on achieving their goals, improved relationships and most importantly, connection and accountability.

I guide my clients through their tough transitions by listening, focusing on the person (not the problem) and observing where conflicting values are at play.

My clients have a strategy to step forward into the future that they want and that they deserve.

Born and raised in a small New Mexico town in the poorest county in the state,

I was taught to be frugal, independent and courageous.

I've peeled potatoes for a bowling alley snack bar and I've been a genetic engineer.

    I've delivered a weekly newspaper door-to-door and I've been self-employed for almost 25 years.

I've been single, married and widowed. I've been a traveler and I've been a homebody.

I've been a caregiver three times in three different ways. I've taken time to be carefree.

I use all of my knowledge, training & skills to give you a direct path to a better, happier, more fulfilled life.
