This book changed my life financially and gave me hope for a future of financial independence. I learned to buy bonds directly from Treasury Direct which felt empowering at the time - no longer being dependent upon a bond fund through an investment firm.
The other important lesson was how to determine how much life energy an item costs. In other words, you determine how much of your time it takes to make $1.00. Then you multiply that time by the cost of the item. Then you can simply decide - Is that item really worth it?
